Hi,

After stent blockage there are three option:
1 to put another stent
2 open heart surgery
3 medical treatment
The strategy depends on results of angiography. If your doctor has told you they cannot intervene it is possible that another stent and open heart surgery were not good option for him, in this case he should continue take medications. Anyway you can ask your doctor to explain you more detailed why they have chosen that particular strategy, or you can send us his angiography results.

Hope I could help you
