Hi, I ve changed from triphasil tablets to trigestrel and I m so confused as to how I should take it. The instructions at the back don t help either. Can you please help me step by step as which colour I should start with, follow with and then end with

Hi,

Trigestrel pack has written 1-21 numbers on the back side of the wrapper. You have to start first numbered pill from the 5th day of last menstrual bleeding. Take one pill 24 hourly as per numbers till 21 days.

Then there will be a break of 5-7 days during or after which bleeding will be there. If you want to repeat then start again from the 5th day of menstrual bleeding.

Color-wise - red -> white -> yellow.
