How Safe Is To Take Fenugreek Oil Capsule?
I am 35years old. I have two children (9 & 4 years).my breast size in very small 30. i take fenugreek oil capsule (10 days) night and morning inorder to grow . If any side effect.I expect good result after 40 days.If any problem can suggest me another one .

Fenugreek seeds are generally well tolerated however their common side effects include heartburn, stomach upset, bloating, flatulence, diarrhea, allergic reactions and low blood sugar.
Fenugreek seeds are not recommended to increase the size of the breast.
Consult your doctor to determine the cause of small breast and its appropriate treatment.
