My best friend did. She traveled to the Dominican Republic because they do not do it here in the US. She feels MUCH better...more energy. She is not back to her pre-heart problem days however. She also does not get a lot of support in our medical community. I think if transplant is an option, that should be tried first. She is glad she did it though.
