How Reliable Is The Ultrasound Report During Menstrual Cycle?

Hello Doctor I m little worried regarding test ultrasound that my genycologist saidTo me she is not sure but she saw something in my ovarian .but the date I did test I t was a date of my period I dindon t notice this before Going To my doctors. Do u think normal

Hi dear Ultrasound shows you the detail about your internal organ in details it shows the current status so it is the best possible investigation but you have not mention anything about what has been said to you for example size,shape of ovary or any pathology such as cyst etc. If you have doubt you can repeat the test and consult the doctor one more time.
Other investigation to know the follicle status are FSH and LH levels.
