The cost of MMR Vaccine is around 120 rs.

I think you meant MMR vaccine when you wrote mmrv. This is because there is nothing like mmrv vaccine.

It is given at the age of 15 months.

A booster dose is recommended at 5 years of age.

There is no MMRV vaccine, it is MMR Vaccine.
Measles, Mumps and Rubella (MMR) vaccine costs around Rs. 120-200.
It is given around 15 months once in a lifetime In India.
Recent recommendation in India advise as per Western (Colder) Countries, where it is given again at 8 years.
Rubella alone is given to teenage girls or younger girls.
