i need a medical evaluation for disability retirement. i work for US Postal service for 10 years and have injured shoulder and tendinitis in both arms. how much will this cost to have done? i have health insurance through kaiser but they do not do this.

I think you can go to your primary care provider's office and seek help. If he or she cannot help you they can refer you to the right place. This way, you will not have to do something outside of the normal coverage of your insurance plan. If you were injured at work you should also ask about worker's compensation.
