How Long Will It Take For The Triglyceride Level To Subside After Quitting Red Wine Consumption?
I have recently had a lipid test and my triglycerides are too high. I have been drinking too much red wine for several years after my wife passed away. If I quit drinking the wine how long would it take for it to affect my triglycerides in a positive way?
