General Surgeon 's  Response
‭Hi,

The most likely abnormality will be iron deficiency anemia. It can be nutritional due to deficiency of iron-rich foods in the diet or could be due to underlying conditions like hematolgical causes.
Include more and more iron-rich foods like green leafy vegetables in your diet.
If the iron status is persistently low, you have to consult a physician and further assessment is required.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
