How Long Should PAN-40 Be Taken For Stomach Flatulence?

I am advised by the doctor to take PAN-40 in the morning before break fast, due to extreme stomac gases. I am 74 yrs old man,used to take renetedine 300 and pantocid in the morning & evening due to this gas problem for the last 4 yrs. doctor asked me to drop renetedine and start taking PAN-40, I feel better in it. About 4 yrs back I was diagnosed after endoscope & FNAC the I have one or two benine ceasts in my pancreas but they said these type of ceasts need not be operated as they grow very very slow rate. can you please advice me how long I should take PAN-40. I do morning walk & Yoga & meditation daily and very much careful about my health.

Hi thanks for asking question.
For stomach upset you are taking pantaproze.for ulcer or gastritis maximum it is taken up to 4 week.
After completion of its duration start trying following home remedy along with exercise and yoga.
Drink more water and fruit juices.
Fibre supplements or digestive enzyme tablet helpful.
Prebiotic food taken that contain more soluble fibre like banana, garlic, honey etc.
Take fibre diet like whole grain, apple, carrot,wheat bran etc.
Chamomile in tea helpful for gas.
