dear docter, i am a diabetic woman aged 73 years.since 10 years i am taking envas 2.5 mg daily. my family docter advised me to take.my condition of kidney is excellant.no side effects. shall i continue taking this envas till the end of my life?your,s sinceyerly.parvathi hope to get reply.

Lisinopril (ACE INHIBITOR ) is given to reduce intraglomerular blood pressure in patients of longstanding diabetes even if their blood pressure is normal.It's role is kidney protective and hence you have to take it forever.
