How Long Does It Take To Relieve Hot Flashes While On Black Cohosh Supplement?
If Black Cohosh is supposed to be taken in doses of 20 - 80 mg a day, why are so many of them 540 mg capsules? Should that high of a dose be taken each day? Also, how long does it take for the Black Cohosh to start relieving hot flashes? Is this instantaneous or does it need to be taken for a few weeks to see effects?

Hello,
It may come effects from 4-6 weeks after using. If symptoms not improved you may incresed dose under your doctor guidence. It can't be used in breast cancer or hepatitis patients.
Studies do not suggest using drugs for more than 6 months.
So please consult your physician/ayurvedic specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.
