Hello and welcome to HCM,
Negative pregnancy tests rules out pregnancy.
Symptoms of pregnancy are non-specific and can be due to hormonal chances in body.
Absence of periods and a positive pregnancy test is definite for pregnancy.
The pregnancy test comes positive 10-14 days after conception.
It takes around six months for the normal ovulation to resume after removal of implanon or any other hormonal implant.
Six months is the maximum time and normal ovulation can resume much before that also since it varies from one person to another. But six months is the maximum time period.
However, you can try for conception around your days for ovulation.
There are various measures to identify the day of ovulation, it occurs 14 days prior to onset of menstruation, basal body temperature is raised on day of ovulation etc.

Thanks and take care
