How Long Does Losartan Take To Lower Blood Pressure Levels?

How long before 100 mg of losartan lowers blood pressure. I was taken off HCTZ, told by my doctor that if my blood pressure increased she would increase my losartan from 50 to 100 mg. I have been taking 100 mg of losartan now for 3 days and my blood pressure is running as high as 175/90.

you have to consult your doctor with facts and decide about dose asper his advise can take care of dieat like salt free dieat with low dose of diuretic it can be controlled. can wait and observe.
