How Long Does Cocaine Stay In The Body?
I used cocaine 8mths ago in Costa Rica during a let loose weekend trip but haven t touched the stuff since. Somehow I tested positive for cocaine on a hair follicle test taken two weeks ago. I have black thick hair with a lot of grey. I m not a habitual user so Im lost as to why I failed. I keep my hair short and stay active. Please tell me why 1 weekend is still in me.

Cocaine will remain in hair follicle for three to four months but can last up to one year in some individuals. The length of the hair doesn’t depend on the test as it is concentrated on the hair follicles which is buried in to the scalp skin. You can go for a repeat test after two weeks.
