How Long Does Clomid Take Be Effective When Diagnosed With Azoospermia?
Hi doctor, My husband is been diagnosed with azoospermia.his age is 30,n have been given clomid 25 mg per day n hcg 5000iu weekly for 3 months but no response.his fsh and lh levels are normal.plz can u suggest nythng.v both are desperate for da baby... Waiting soon for ur response.

Azoospermia is either due to some obstruction or is due to various syndromes or other causes that are not associated with obstruction. If there is an obstruction then simple microsurgery can help, but if there is no obstruction then the only way fertilization can ve attained is by collecting the sperm being produced from the male testes and use it for in-vitro fertilisation.
