I just recently found out i have pulmonary hypertension. I was scheduled to have back surgery Nov. 14, but my

Pulmonary hypertension is lifelong. It is the changes in your pulmonary vasculature due to other causes like heart problem, lung problems, connective tissue disease etc. You can control the progression of the disease but you can not cure it. It is due to irreversible change in your pulmonary arteries. There are grading of this. And grading are based on right ventricular end systolic pressure (RVSP) In mild moderate severe. You can also get done vaso reactive test for pulmonary hypertension. Avoid salt diet.
