General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

For this heavy flu, Tamiflu has been prescribed. Mostly within a week, your problem will resolve as you have no fever.

If no improvement than auscultation, CBC should be done and chest X-ray is done. Consult pulmonologist for examination if needed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
