how long can the side affects of spice or y2k last by this i mean it seems like my niece has smoked this stuff now she cant speak or walk or take care of her self and this has been going on for about ten days nw and will she come out of this state shes in

Spice or y2k contains synthetic cannabinoids in addition to other chemicals. Usually the effects wear off in a couple of days. Since your niece cannot speak or walk for ten days now, in my opinion, she must be assessed by a doctor and a brain imaging study done. Any lasting damage to the brain in the form of stroke must be ruled out as cannabinoids are known to cause stroke in some people by reducing the blood supply to the brain. Please do not neglect this and consult a doctor as soon as possible.
