Hello; I am scheduled to have Bladder Suspension surgery. I am female. I am 52 years old. I am 5 feet 7 and 1/2 inches tall. I weigh approximately 210 pounds. I have no other health problems. I do not have diabetes. I do not have a thyroid condition. I do not have a cystocoele. I do not have a prolapsed bladder of any prolapsed organ. I have taken my own blood pressure and it is slightly on the high side but I am not on medication and I have not been diagnosed by a Doctor as having hypertension. I do have urgency if I hear running water and I need to get to a restroom quickly. I also have constant moderate leakage and use 2 to 3 femanine protection pads per day. How long are the beneficial effects of Bladder Suspension surgery likely to last? Thank you.
