hi i m on 50mg table daily of Naltrexone for alcohol, I ran out and didn t take it for 4-5 days something like that and while I didn t take it I slipped up due to an emotional situation and drank a fair amount of alcohol, that was Sat night through to early Sun morning, I now have the Naltrexone again but my chemist said not to take it if i ve had alcohol over the weekend as it could cause complications, how long should I not take the Naltrexone if in fact she is correctn
