How Likely Would A Borderline Enlarged Heterogeneous Uterus Impression Be Indicative Of Uterine Cancer?

I recently underwent a transabdominal ultrasound of my pelvis area. The findings presented a borderline enlarged heterogeneous uterus (9.5x2.8x4.6cm); without focal abnormalties, endometrial thickness at 4mm. Additionally, no fibroids are appreciated; no nabothian cervical cyst is identified. The right and left ovaries are not visualized; cul-de-sac is clear. How likely would this impression be indicative of uterine or other form of cancer. I am 66 years of age.

Hi,

You are having a mildly enlarged uterus according to mentioned history. Kindly mention any clinical complaint if present like bleeding per vagina, pain, fever etc. Clinical correlation needed in your case. It doesn't seem to be a cancerous growth. I suggest consulting gynaecologist for a pelvic examination.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
