How Is Mifeprin Pill For Abortion Used?
Hii My fiance is pregnent... we were fool enough not to use any precaution. i have never cum inside .. but may be once just one dropelet i feel and now she is expacting. we dont wnat this baby as of now... she took mifeprin pill today first doze now when is she suppose to have her 2nd doze?

Understand your concern
Never use abortion pill as a self medication at home because it cause serious complication like excessive and prolonged bleeding, failure of abortion, risk of infections.
Better to consult the gynecologist and use remaining treatment under observation. Misoprostol 800 ug should be put vaginally after 48 hour of taking mifepristone pill. Some time extra dose also needed for abortion that can be decided by gynecologist. And post abortion USG should be done at 14th day to confirm incomplete abortion for safe practice.
