How Is Infertility Confirmed?

ive had mirena for 3 years, On May 20th my mirena fell out. its been over 3 months and my period has not returned. i took a pregnancy test last week and it was negative. what is wrong with me?!? im scared that something is wrong with me. i hope im still fertile.

YOU have to take pelvic scan to see your endometrial thickness and HORMONES LIKE FSH,LH,PROLACTIN,THYROID.
If your endometrium is thin estogen and progestrone is needed here to get your period.
consuly your gynaecologist to check your ammenorhoea.
