How Is Ropinirole Different From Pramipexole?

I would like to find out what the differnce is between ropinirole and pramipexole? I was taking one from a doctor for restless legs then started with a different doctor and he gave me the pramipexole. I still have some of the ropinirole and would like to know if I can switch to the pramipexole with no problem?
