How Early Can Pregnancy Be Confirmed?

Hello we are unsure of the date if we conceived on 2/05/2017 or 02/11/17 last Tuesday I found out I was pregnant went to doctor another confirmed pregnancy test got my blood taken out this past Sunday showed at 294. I ve been spotting a little brown light cramping came to ER and on vaginal ultrasound showed no baby nothing on tubes either is this possible? Could it be too early?

Hi, I think it can happen if there is delayed implantation or may be a biochemical pregnancy. So, wait for one more week and do the ultrasound again. Pregnancy sac can be seen after 5 weeks or when hcg value crosses 1500. So, you can also do a hcg test to see the level is rising or not. It should double in 48 hours.
