How Does Smoking Marijuana Affect Foetus In The Womb?

I m in my third trimester an have been smoking marijuana up til this point due to stress an loss of appetite. Now I m extremely worried the state will take my child when I give birth because I might test positive for THC. I m looking for safe ways to ensure the THC is out of my unborn childs system as well as my own. Can you help me in any way?

Understanding your concern. As per your query you are in third trimester and still smoking Marijuana which is something you should not do and you should be concerned about as smoking marijuana during pregnancy may affect your baby’s growth and the development. it could affect fetus nervous system as well. Child may suffer from short term memory loss and problems of focusing. Marijuana is not at all safe in pregnancy. I would advice you to stop it on the moment for better health of you and your child. After baby birth you should abstain your self from breast feeding if you keeps continuing as then the chemical in marijuana is passed to your baby through milk.
