How Does Circumcision Affect The Sexual Health?
I m 20 years old and I m considering having a circumcision. My biggest fear of this procedure is that I will lose all nerve endings and not be able to reach orgasm. I really want to have this done but I need some information on how it will affect me in the long run. Any advice?

Hello and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist,i assure you, that circumcision doesn't affect sexual health.
Only foreskin is removed. The entire penis remains as it is.
No nerves of penis are affected in any way.
So erections, as well as orgasm are the same.
The arousal sensation is the same. In fact, some ask for circumcision surgery.
