How Does TB Spread?

I took a neighbor to doctor and they said he failed his TB test, but they do not think it is active. I have to take hime to emergency room in another city. I want to know how can you catch Tubercolosis an I had MYRSA before in hospital. Can I get sick?

Tuberculosis spreads by many ways.
Most common method of spread of Pulmonary Tuberculosis is through air borne route.
If an infected person coughs on you and you catch the infection, then you might develop Tuberculosis depending on the immunity of your body.
