Hello
As you mentioned in the query that in FEB 2014 ,you took levaquine ( levofloxacin ) , you didn't mention the period for which you took these tablets .
According to you , there develop toxicity of levaquin and there developed tnedinitis , muscle weakness, weakness in both shoulders as well weakness in legs.
After going through your query , these symptoms may be due to these possibilities , these include:
1 Myopathy , diagnosis can be confirmed by myelogram .
2 Muscular dystrophy .
3 Neuritis .
You didn't mention your age but these symptoms may be due to the side effects ( according to you ) but I recommend you please consult a physician and get his opinion . Your history of illness is very ambiguous ,so it is very difficult to establish any diagnosis merely based on these symptoms .
However , diabetes may be the most common reason of such symptoms ,if your age is .50 years.
So consult a physician and get his opinion.
Good luck.
