Hi iam 24 years old. Height 5 11 weight 63. I have been masturbating since last 10 years and i am addicted to it. Because of this my penis when flacid is shrunk. Also i feel my testicles have become smaller and are cold. How cold i get a normal flacid penis and testicles? And how could i get harder erections like before? I have never even touched a girl.
