How Can Vomiting, Tiredness And Intermittent Mild Abdominal Pain Be Managed Post Follicle Rupture?

Hi doctor! My LMP was 26th Aug. & on 14th day of my period i take hcg 10000, 2 times & my follicle ruptured on 17th day of my period. I feel vomiting, feel tired & sometimes feel slight abdomen pain today on 24th of sep (i.e, 30th day of my period) i did pregnancy test but that shows negative. Sir please tell me what to do now as im in stress. Are these symptoms are the signs of pregnancy or not. Thanks
