How Can Vaginal Infection Be Treated?

I had folliculitis diagnosed around 2 weeks ago, used antibiotics prescribed and cleared up however I had severe itching/cutting in mons pubis area just above clitoral hood. Swabs were taken and were all clear of any stds or such - I realised I had also been having thick discharge and had flaking and cuts in the vagina and soreness round the entrance to the vagina. I took canesten thrush combi pessary last Sunday (week ago today) and symptoms cleared up in a couple days. Cracking soreness of mons pubis cleared up well with clotrimazole cream but became itchier and a bit red on Thursday, I took a second thrush treatment on Saturday but I find myself unconsciously itching during the night and today the skin feels very tight and there is a slight tearing of the skin which stings when I clean it with cold water. I just want to know if there s anything you think I can do to help, sudocrem seems to very much aggravate it a lot and I heard Vaseline helps thrush thrive.
