How Can Vaginal Infection Be Treated?

Hello , I am suffering from bv my gyn is constantly giving me an antibotic metronidanzle but the bv just returns a couple of days later , Ive been eating better washing with lil to no soap , drinking alot of water bit nothing is working , any advice ?

Hi, I think there can be some other associated infections like chlamydia or gonorrhea or candidiasis also. You can take some antibiotics combination like cefixime and ornidazole and antifungal drugs like fluconazole. Also a vaginal pessary of antibiotics and antifungal drugs may be needed.
