How Can Vaginal Bleeding And Abdominal Cramps Be Treated?

I am a 58 year old female who is in menapause and have had ulcer problems, I currently have had issues with soft/loose stools and have taken immodium currently have small amounts of vaginal bleeding with some abdominal cramping, feeling chilled and tired, what do you the issue is

After reading your post, it seems that your loose stool and abdominal cramps can be due to infection of the gastrointestinal tract. You can take an antibiotic/antiamoebic for treatment of the gastrointestinal tract infection. Antacid along with antispasmodic will help in relieving abdominal discomfort. Eat light meals prepared under hygienic conditions. Maintain your hydration. For vaginal bleeding get yourself clinically examined and investigated by your Gynecologist.
