General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Most uterine fibroids are harmless, do not cause symptoms, and shrink with menopause. But some fibroids are painful; press on other internal organs, bleed and cause anemia, or cause pregnancy problems.

If you have a fibroid problem, there are several treatments to consider.
- Anti-hormonal therapy
- Surgery

I suggest you to consult your symptoms seem to be related gynecologist to choose the right treatment for you.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi
