How Can Uterine Fibroid Be Treated?

Hi. Please i want to know if bulky uterus with ap diameter of 6.7cm is refering to the whole uterus or size of the fibroid alone. Because the test result also shows that myometrium is expanded by 4.0cm intramural solid tissue mass. Please which one indicate the size of the fibroid, is the fibroid size 6.7cm or 4cm.and is there a need for operation incase of infertility. No cysts. Thanks

Hello welcome to the health care magic

According to history written it seems to be intramural fibroid of 4 cm

If it is Symptomatic or creating problem in conceive than it can be removed otherwise close clinical watch up is enough

Check your thyroid, diabetes status, HSG and pelvic USG if needed for further work up for infertility

Take care

Hope this will help you

Consult gynecologist for examination and discuss your case
