How Can Urethral Strictures Be Treated?

I have already undergone 2 urethrotomy surgeries And cyscotopy dialation just 2 days before I am not getting 100% results for long time. Now Doctor was saying maybe next time I have to undergo urethroplasty . I want permanent soloution without any further surgery now I have good urine flow . I need your help to maintain it and to avoid the recurring of stricture again. Looking farward to hear from your side.

Hi,

The permanent solution for what problem you are facing related to recurrence of urethral strictures is to undergo urethroplasty. Whole of the urethra needs to be explored and reconstructed wherever necessary.

It may not be 100% efficient as before, but will be near to normal. Kindly follow the advice as given by your doctor.
