Dear sir, my father have been Operated since 2 week, for Urethral Strictures using Cystoscopy, but the Doctor Faild to performed full operation, due to long strictures, now my father is in very difficult and allot of fain to him as well as heavy growth of Testis and Urethra

Hello and welcome to HCM.
What you're describing is seen after a severe urinary tract infection.Long strictures are treated with open Urethroplasty operation, not by cystoscopy.
He should get treated at a center with experienced Urologists or reconstructive surgeons, as long urethral strictures are difficult to treat.
