I have arthritis and have recently developed upper body pain. the back of my neck. my back between both shoulders. my shoulders and both arms to elbow. intense. feels almost like burning pain at times and makes me feel a little ill. I have an upcoming doc. appt.

I suggest you to take a painkiller containing Tramodol and Acetaminophen till your doctors appointment. It'll relieve you until you visit your physician.
