Hi doctor,I m newly married,Jan 14 we did & and my periods date is jan 2th but today is feb 5th i didnt get period its delay ,so I checked using pregtest it showed positive ,I n don t want to continue now ,& now m 3weeks pregnant can I use unwanted kit please suggest me please,please I m in confusion,is it efffecr for future children can u please tell me ,now m doing job after using this can I got office or not please suggest me dictor

a 3 week pregnancy can be safely terminated with drugs.but i would recommend you to get a usg abdomen to rule out ectopic pregnancy. because if fetus is in your fallopian tubes it may rupture with medicines resulting in severe bleeding,shock and even death. you should also it under some medical supervision as at times excessive bleeding can be life threatening. it should not affect your future pregnancies or job. you may experience some heavy bleeding for 3-4 days but then you can join back within a week
