How Can Turbinate Hypertrophy Be Treated?

I have turbinate hypertrophy ...I have taken lots of homeopathic and allopathic medicine...there were no relief from allopathic but a minor improvement is came by homeopathy . I need the complete solution to this. As of now no there is a swollen turbinare. Crawling sensation after calc carb 200 once a week. Please advise further if there is any further medicine. Thanks

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Turbinate hypertrophy is usually caused due to underlying inflammation of the mucosa. It can be treated conservatively by means of decongestant medications and steroids.
If the response to conservative line of management is poor, like in your case, surgery is the only choice left over.
Kindly consult ENT specialist in this regard for clinical evaluation and further course of management.
