How Can Transabdominal And Endovaginal Imaging Be Interpreted To Be Normal?

What does this mean? Is this good news or not so great news? I have an appointment with my Dr to go over this next Friday, but I would like to know if this is a positive result or if I should be prepared for something serious? Transabdominal and endovaginal images are obtained of the pelvis. The       uterus measures 9.5 x 4.8 x 3.0 cm with no focal myometrial lesion identified.       The endometrial echocomplex measures up to 4 mm in maximal thickness. The       ovaries are unremarkable in appearance bilaterally. No free pelvic fluid is       noted.

Hi, I think your scan report is totally fine. There are no abnormalities. So, if you have a period problem, you can determine your thyroid profile and prolactin levels checked. Hope it helps.
