Respected user, hi I evaluated your query thoroughly.
*In majority of cases, it is physiologic & in very few cases pathological.
*I recommend you to follow certain steps at home & if at all afterwards
necessary can
consult Pediatrician for work up further :
- give her plenty of liquids preferably boiled water, coconut water, home made
juices, rice water, butter milk etc.
- avoid all oily/ spicy / ghee / menda items / excess sugar / cheese
- give diet rich in protein,
vitamins, anti-oxidants, fiber content with green
leafy vegetables, fruits preferably organic only , yoggurt
- keep the child more & more ambulatory
- don`t allow child to sleep at least for 2 hours after lunch / dinner
- see that food is properly chewn which is of utmost importance
- refrain from giving syrups for stool passing which are habit forming in
most of the cases
- give toilet training daily morning by taking to bathroom , making to sit
on the potty till stool comes on regular basis to create a rhythm of his
body & bowel at an early age
- make yourself confident that you are not handling any big trouble, it`s a
part of your child`s milestone which will be soon fine dear. If you are
stressed out how you will make your child better ?
Hope this clears your doubts.
