The rest of my head feels heavy with mild aches in different locations. This has been going on for 3 days. I m taking ibuprofen / Tylenol. Hello,

As of now, you can use analgesics/anti-inflammatory combination like aceclofenac/serratiopeptidase for symptomatic relief.

If symptoms persist better to consult a physician and plan for an MRI to rule out conditions like spondylitis or contusion.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
