Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

The scan says there is cyst (fluid filled mass) in the abdomen, the origin of which is not clear. The size is somewhat significant, and if causing pain, this may need surgical or laproscopic removal. Kindly take him to a pediatric surgeon. You may be asked for a CT scanning to get a more clear picture.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Muhammed Aslam T. K., Pediatrician
