How Can Tendonitis Be Treated While Having Bronchitis?

I took Levqfloxin PO for bronchitis about 5 years ago. I have tendonitis since the. I am I constant pain. I have left off sugars and prosessed foods. I any getting massages, acupuncture and reflexology. Drinking water. Please, another suggestion? Thank you, Carolyn

Hi,

Tendonitis is basically inflammation of the area where the tendon is attached to the body. So you need to do a contrast bath, apply Gabapentin gel and exercise that particular area which you haven't mentioned.

If no relief then you can get a local injection of steroids or platelet-rich plasma over there. It's totally safe contrary to what common man believe about steroids.
