How Can Tendinitis On The Right Ankle Be Treated?

I have Tendenitis on my posterior R. Ankle & it so swollen that doctor has prescribed thaone sodium phosphate on my knee to toe therapy session. this has been done twice. How long can this be done? seems to be helping I am very fair skin colored & have a Rash going on from the whole time my ankle has been working on. This bothers me & have tried several things to get rid of the rash--this week it will be Coconut Oil. Any suggestions? thank you for any help.

As per my clinical experience, the tendinitis can be best managed with:

@ Anti inflammatory medicines.
@ Wise use of Kanacort hydrochloride around the inflamed regions.
@ Laser therapy by interventional radiologist.
@ Positional care to avoid excess weight baring.

Skin rash can be best managed with local care of coconut oil, turmeric paste or lavender oil.
