How Can Stomach Ulcer Be Treated?

I have a stomach ulcer. I DO NOT drink alcohol at all. I woke up this morning with the worst migraine I have ever had. ( I get migraines about once or twice a year) my stomach was a bit upset last night and I have been having tarry stools. My stomach is burning internally.

Hello,
Welcom to Healthcaremagic.com.
Going through your query you are having Terry black stools with upper GI pain that means you have upper GI bleed.
First you need to avoid spicy and sour diet immediately.
Second you must take acid controlling agents, e.g,
PPI (pantoprozol 40mg od for at least one month empty stomach in morning.
H2 blockers(Rentidene 300mg od at bed time.
You need to also do a hemoglobin level to check the blood loss.
Take regular meals after every 4-5 hours mostly boiled.
This will help you and write to us anytime.
Regards
