Hi,

Firstly you need to see if this is due to something you ate.
Is there any change in your daily bowel habits?
If yes we need to get a stool exam done
Is it associated with burning sensations in chest?
Then it is a git issue

Hope I have answered your query.

Let me know if I can assist you further.
